These terms apply to services bought from vyaparfiles.com, operated by Growinfinity Global Private Limited, Pune ("Vyapar Files", "we"). By applying or paying, you agree to them.

1. What we do

We are a private consultancy. We prepare and file applications (FSSAI, GST, IEC, MSME, trademark and others) on your behalf on the official government portals. We are not a government body, and approval is decided only by the department.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Give true, complete and current details and documents. You are responsible for what is filed in your name.
  • Reply to our questions and to any objection or query raised by the department in time.
  • Share OTPs and portal access only with our team, on our official WhatsApp number.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices shown are all inclusive: our fee, GST and the government fee, unless stated otherwise.
  • Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
  • A GST tax invoice from Growinfinity Global Private Limited (GSTIN 27AAMCG2892D1ZE) is issued for online orders.
  • If the details you choose (for example licence type or turnover) turn out to be wrong, the price difference must be paid before filing, or the order may be cancelled under the refund policy.

4. Timelines

Timelines we mention are for our part of the work and count working days (Monday–Saturday, 10am–7pm, excluding holidays). Government processing times, portal downtime and department queries are outside our control.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid us for that order (excluding government fees). We are not liable for losses caused by government decisions, delays, or incorrect information provided to us.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
