This policy explains how Growinfinity Global Private Limited (Vyapar Files) handles your personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

• Contact details: name, mobile number, email.
• Business details: business name, address, kind of business, licence numbers, GSTIN.
• Documents you share with us for filing (for example PAN, Aadhaar, photos, address proof).
• Government portal logins needed to file or renew for you.
• Payment records (amount, date, payment reference). Card and UPI details are handled only by Razorpay.

2. Why we use it

• To prepare, file and track your applications and renewals.
• To contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about your order and upcoming renewals.
• To issue invoices and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the government department or portal you are applying to, our payment processor (Razorpay), and service providers who host our systems. We do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

• Identity documents are deleted 10 days after your order is completed or cancelled.
• Order, licence and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires (for GST, at least 72 months).
• Portal passwords are stored encrypted, only to renew or update your licence, and every access is logged.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for reminders, by writing to info@vyaparfiles.com. Some records must be kept for legal reasons.
